The Integrated Vulnerability Assessment (IVA) is designed to focus on risk management, continuity of operations, resiliency, vulnerability and mitigation measures as they apply to a specified critical site, business operation, or vital function within a site.  Our proven IVA methodology is used to identify potential problem areas or corporate risks that could have a serious impact on business operations or functional capabilities. A recommended course of action is developed to mitigate the identified business risks, build resiliency, and ensure continued process improvements. 

The ITC team will identify and document possible single points of failure and operational issues along with recommended actions for risk management, operational and infrastructure improvement. We will also discuss the management of continuity of operations, and risk mitigation policies when faced with changing internal and external political, social, economic and environmental factors. 

During our site walk-thru we will take digital pictures of visible potential single points of failure. These photographs will be included in your Integrated Vulnerability Assessment Report.

Our interview process will examine the Social, Political, Operations, Economic and Environmental issues related to the development and implementation of a comprehensive continuity of operations plan.
